How to Sell a House by Owner in New Jersey
Posted by admin on
When the time comes to move, some tenacious homeowners in New Jersey are eager to take over the reins of their home sale and figure out how to sell a house by owner. A house is typically a person’s largest financial asset, and the decision to sell solo is often understandably driven by a desire to save on commission fees and pocket more equity from a hard-earned investment. Not only are winter...

When we put our Christmas decorations up this year, I told Corey it kind of feels like our house belongs in Christmastime. Maybe it’s because we moved here in mid-November and put up a Christmas tree on the night we moved in. Maybe it’s because I have lots of green in my house already. Heck, maybe it’s just because I’m obsessed with Christmas and feel like it should be a year-round thing.
